Tornadoes a week or so ago, snow today
Gotta love the weather here in the Great Flyover States. There is snow coming down. A winter storm warning has been issued, great gnashing of teeth on the local TV and radio news- "Danger, danger, danger!!" The weather people all cry. " We are going to have . . . weather!!!"
Hell, we need the moisture, it has been a very dry winter for us here in Kansas. All the weather people apologize for the bad weather - as if they had anything at all to do with it!

It's the topic of conversation everywhere. I don't think it's realy worse, we just hear about it more,and faster. "the sky is falling,the sky is falling,it hit me on the head" Chicken Little. I could go on,and on.. Pete

We've had TONS of rain this winter, an only one snow back in early December. But... we're supposed to get the same snow storm that's hitting you.

Yup yup. Expect 4 inches of snow over the night. I'll take snow over rain anyday--no flood warnings.
