Important Announcement
Okay- from now on, the Carnival of the Recipes' deadline for recipes sent to recipe dot carnival at gmail dot com is noon Central on Saturdays.
Whoever is hosting can have it up anytime on Saturday or Sunday of their week.
I was stuck on stupid thinking that I (or anyone else) could easily put it together on a Friday morning!!!!

Hey, relax. You just HAVE to realize what a BIG favor you just did for me, cos I posted a delicious recipe this week... and then forgot to submit it (as far as I can remember or find in my email archives).
See? It all works out for (my) good!

OK. Now I can finally volunteer to host the Carnival, as I have hoped to do since it was first announced. Any open upcoming weekend.
