Some days ....
I gotta tell ya, sometimes no matter how well prepared you are to do everything right at a client site, everything goes kaka. One of my deliveries this week was to get this client, a wonderful client, up to date on the software they are using for monitoring stuff. I have upgraded this same software at least 3 times (remotely even) without one problem.
Damn. Today, of the 5 upgrades we did, 3 of them were problems - big problems! We got all the upgrades to finally work, but only after about 4 re-installs. Thank God my client is such a patient guy!
I hope tomorrow goes a lot better! I have a lot to do between now and Friday at noon!

I live only a few minutes from the airport - maybe I can see you before you leave. Meet for lunch or something...
