December 17th - #19 - The brave SarahK of Mountaineer Musings (Sarah is brave because she has never done this and is offering to do it *twice*!)
December 24th - Trudy of Food Basics has ever so graciously volunteered to host the Carnival on Christmas Eve.
And for New Year's Eve - Amy of Prochien Amy has volunteered to host the Carnival on New Year's Eve!

I have to tell you; I adore this Carnival. I get stuck in a "cooking rut" and I love seeing all the recipies which, even if I don't make a single one, inspire me.

Thanks, Margi, I'm so glad you like it.
I have tried quite a few recipes from it and I've played with some of the other recipes, adding my own touches, too.
