I'll start!
Today, I tried BeeBee's CocaCola Briskit. It came out very tender and tasty and the sauce was very good, but me being me, I added some hot sauce, salt and pepper - It's another very easy recipe to put together. We'll have great leftovers for sandwiches from it, too!
I also have in the oven Calliope's Oven Spiced Fries - I have made these 3 times now! It's a simple and yummy recipe, and you can make changes very easily - tonight, I used Kosher Salt and Emeril's Essence on them.
Tomorrow, Mexican Chicken Chowder! (from Allan!)

If I may suggest a refinement to the Oven Spiced Fries, use Olive Oil Pam rather than olive oil. It's easier to manage and you'll get a more uniform result.

Yes, but does it taste as good?
Thanks for the recipe links, Beth.

Uniform schmuniform. Gimme variety!
And, as Beth notes, it doesn't taste like Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Not even close.
And the brisket was yummers!
The taters too.

Glad you liked the Coca Cola Brisket. Your additions sound like they worked well. With any recipe I give, I love when people get creative and do the changes that please them. I've never tried hot sauce with it, but it sounds like a good idea.
The brisket freezes well, just put it in small bags and then you can have it any old time.

You don't have to buy Pam; you just have to buy an oil spritzer. Williams & Sonoma has them; I'm sure you could find a less expensive version elsewhere. Just pop your oil of choice in and there you go!
