Burkett is a sad, sad bit of a man

Captain's Quarters, as always, does a great job of reporting on the USA Today interview with Bill Burkett.

As I read this, though, all I could wonder is how sick is this man? Did he fake a seizure, or did he actually have one because his subconscious couldn't let him continue on with the lies?

I pity him, really - he is obviously at least mentally ill, and obviously copes rather poorly. Too bad such a pathetic creature has managed to nearly bollix up a sitting President's re-election campaign.

It looks to me like Bill Burkett is the only person responsible for these 'memos'.

Well, aside from CBS and the DNC.
