Another Recipe Review
Allan's recipe, Mexican Chicken Chowder is great. I can see that you can play with the recipe pretty easily - serve it with a bit of grated cheese on top (if your nutritional needs allow it) or cut up some tortillas into little strips and fry them until crisp and throw those on top when serving - or a dollop of sour cream.

It does lend itself to experimentation. And I love to play with my food.
You could also chop a bit of fresh cilantro and sprinkle it over it before you add that dollop of sour cream.
Some chopped fresh garlic in the crockpot at the beginning might be nice as well.
