Beth if you don't get a volunteer to host I'd suggest going to a bi-weekly format to reduce the work. Although I don't have a site to host it I could help you with any of the work you'd like to farm out. Whatever...don't feel like you HAVE to spend several hours every Friday doing this. I'm sure we can figure out an alternative solution to spread the load.

The fact that you will get lots of linkage from it should encourage people to volunteer. I had that in mind when I presumed to offer hosting uninvited when the Carnival was first announced (if there's one thing I learned in the Girl Scouts it's never volunteer for anything, but this looked like it would pay off). Just participating has brought me a lot of hits - Beth is my top referrer this month by two to one over the next.
