Brave Joanie
DaGoddess was taking pictures at an anti-war rally over the weekend, and some whacko woman tried to hit her with a sign.
Joanie goes with a group of counter protesters (protestwarrior.com), which has grown larger each week, to a lot of demonstrations out in San Diego - and she always brings her camera.
It's amazing that the anti-war, anti-Bush people want to prevent others from speaking and protesting.
Apparently, they are too dumb to understand the problem with that kind of thinking.

i hope she beat her down. protesting is protesting, but violence gets returned.

Beth, you're sweet. I don't consider myself brave. Just outraged by the propaganda that's being thrown out there by some of these goofballs.
