Goodbye, Jerrod!
Subway Corporation is bad-mouthing America and Americans in Europe with its advertising.
Today the National Legal and Policy Center called on the SUBWAY restaurant chain to immediately stop a European advertising campaign designed to exploit anti-American sentiment in countries like Germany. SUBWAY restaurants in Germany now feature tray-liners and posters promoting the film “Super Size Me.” They portray an obese Statue of Liberty holding a package of fries and a hamburger and begin with the bold headline “Why Are Americans So Fat?”
No more lunches at Subway for me.

Ok, I sent the email. I would like to hear back from them but my understanding is Subway has received numerous phone calls and emails.
I went and looked at the ad, shame on them.
I know that no money will be going to Subway from me. I hope these money grubbers suffer a financial hurt from this, it's the only way to make them learn I think.

1. Welcome back! Hope you two had a relaxing, yet stimulating vacation!! I loved reading about what you did, where you ate and what sucked. Living vicariously through you guys is great, thanks. :)

3. Subway: Love their new low carb stuff, but I can make it at home. They are dead to me now.

Hello? What were they thinking? That's terrible.
Well, easy solution for my family. My husband, being the ultimate Italian from Jersey, hated their subs anyway. We'll just go to Blimpies.
