Day Two of Vacation
We pretty much just relaxed yesterday - so far, we have not spent one penny on gambling. I had insomnia last night. I suspect it is because I missed all the cats and dogs coming to visit us in the middle of the night.
Today we have a busy schedule. John and I love watching Emeril's TV show on the Food Network. So, we decided to try out a couple of his restaurants.
For lunch, we have reservations at Emerils Fish House at the MGM Grand and for dinner, Emerils Delmonico Steak House at the Venetian. Yum.
Then at 10:30 PM, we are going to see Mystere - Cirque Du Soliel - at Treasure Island.
I figure that after all that activity and good food, I'll sleep well tonight.

Emeril? Hope you guys like garlic. :)
I watch the Food Network a lot btw. I always have it on Saturdays when my favorite cooking shows are on. There's a southern gal on then...can't think of her name...that does some awesome southern cooking. I love her show.

I love garlic. I grow garlic. I use garlic every time I cook.
My favorite smell - onions and garlic sauted in Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil - that is my very favorite brand!

Beth!!! My soul sister!!! Oh yeah! Best smell on earth! Best Olive Oil... Okay I'm hungry and it's fish tonight (grouper) on the grill. With vegies (also on the grill - coated with a bit of lovely olive oil and some crushed garlic... YUM - the only thing better would be if someone else actually cooked it and cleaned up! LOL!
