Please keep giving...

I have one more airline ticket (Southwest Airlines, expires in June, 2004) that I will give to the person who bids the most in my comments and can send me a receipt from Spirit of America that is dated after the time I write this entry (6:42 am, Central) on April 27th.

First bid - $50. I will accept bids until April 28th at 10:00 PM Central.

Y'all better bid! With Beth on the road so much - using these tickets to go visit her is one of the things we do to manage a vacation - so this is a real sacrifice! Yes, Ladies and Gents - we do still want to see each other now and again!

Bid! Bid! Bid! Make this worth the cost to me!

I'll start off the bidding at $75. Oh, the places I can go!

I'll bid $100, but only if I can give the ticket to Deb (call it a random act of airfare.)

Well, I'm not going to bid since I don't live in the states and the ticket won't help much, but I am here to say that the gesture is mighty nice of you! Wow!

Wow! I came back to see how my bid is doing and saw the awesome offer from Patrick. So, I'll match his bid. If he is the winning bid, I'll also donate an additional $100. And, I'll use the ticket to fly my son home for a visit with his family before he deploys to Iraq later this year.

I haven't sent in my donation yet...it will be sent the moment I get the nod that I won the ticket. For the record, I HAVE already donated $25.

Deb,
Please e-mail me directly to talk about alternative arrangements on a ticket, and donations.
