Disgusted with Democrats

The more stories I hear about the abusiveness of the Democrat Supporters of Kerry, the madder I get.

I am adding a new blogroll to my sidebar that will list bloggers who have been abused by Democrats - by word or deed. Now, mind you, I have probably missed many people who have been so abused, so just leave a comment with a link to the site describing such abuse, and I'll link to the blogger who irritates the Democrats.

From the condescension aimed at Republican Women (see Rae's "a likely story") to the actual physical assault of bloggers like Matt Margolis, the Democrat supporters are showing just how democratic they are, don't you think?

Thanks to Dean and Rosemary for keeping track of so many things - Dean's World is one of my first stops every morning, and the place where I learned about the stories above.

I've been abused!!! Well, not really. ;)

When I first moved here and got my voting stuff in order - had to make sure I could legally vote for President Bush here! - I signed up for the newsletter from my Broward County Commissioner, Kristin Jacobs.
I didn't know she was a Democrat at the time.

She's a witch, and we exchanged a few emails about some issues. [blech]

I asked politely to be taken off her mailing list, but a year later I still get them. That's okay, at least I don't have to talk to her...
What I hate is when I get these nasty Dim rally/fundraiser things where they're going to get together [there AT the courthouse] and plan how to BEAT BUSH!
Yes, face turns purple and I shred the thing. Quickly.

On the flip side, a city commissioner I've exchanged emails with and respect greatly has just been elected Mayor of my fair city. I'm happy.

But no, a Dim has never abused me. :)

Beth- thanks for the support :) I will be blogrolling you later today.

I am amazed that Allen had such limited scope as to take seriously some of my light-hearted stuff; the whole "literal" vs. "figurative" interpretation seems to go far beyond biblical perspective.

Well, I have a history of being, er, challenged by zealots on the left -- most notably here.

But that's not why I belong on your blog roll. I belong because I'm able to lift really heavy things over my head. Like, say, Teddy Kennedy.

Jeff,

By heavy things, do you mean large alcoholic drinks?

You are on my blogroll now.

Large alcoholic drinks, Michael Moore -- I'm buff.

No, really.
