Awww, geez... just when my blood pressure was going down after my company started playing with my life using answers from the Magic 8 Ball I read this.

Do you ever want to burn the all of the law books (including torts) and start over? I know it's appealing to me sometimes.

Now, wait a second here...

Her husband is claiming he's 'suffered a loss of consortium'?

So, he's seeking damages because the wifey-poo told him, 'Not tonight, dear, I've got a toeache?'?

Man, think of all the husbands out there who are gonna claim their wives have 'headaches' because they've been beaned with big bottles of Heinz ketchup. The numbers are staggering. The condiment industry may never be the same again.

Amazing the things that people will do when the prospect of getting some money comes along. But really - is $30,000 a piece worth it for all the ridicule they are going to endure?

I'm not even going to say what I think of them for bringing the suit in the first place!

That kills me! How funny! People these days are leaving me in a state of near constant amazement and surprise. Were they born under a rock? I mean, I heard a guy was suing the cable company because he was desperately overweight due to watching too much tv. What?!

Come on, folks! Let's all take a little responsibility for our lives, here! Sheesh!

But I was wildly amused by Jack's comment on the Magic 8 Ball. I have one, and use it to answer all of life's important questions. They're just that good...

Re: Helen & Jack's comments on Magic 8 Balls.

I used to think they were pretty good until it starting giving me bad advice. Upon consultation with my attorney, I decided to sue them.

I'm not supposed to talk further about this until the lawsuit is settled.
