Reno is pretty

When I visited here before, the mountains didn't have any snow. Now, they do, and it makes for a beautiful vista.

If I could find a job in this area, I'd move here - and I think John would, too. We like the desert and the mountains and the dry air. (I have lotsa allergies - mostly mold - and they all go away when I am here).

Anyway, just taking a break from working. I promise to write something tonight.

And it's a Class III-friendly state! Machine guns that shoot!

Wheee!

Well, I guess it's met John's criteria. ;)

Here in SoFl it's hot and it's humid. 90% is humid. Mold is spreading like a virus. Reno sounds really good right now....

Just make sure before you commit that your local law-enforcement is Class III friendly. Wisconsin is a machine gun state, but there's no sheriff or police chief in the Milwaukee metro area who will sign the form. We moved from Chicago mostly for economic reasons, but the difference in gun laws was brought up by my wee wifey as one of the clinchers for the decision.

From all I've heard, Nevada can be a great place to live if you don't gamble. I've known tradespeople who found that the blue-collar wage to cost of living ratio is excellent. My son is awaiting word on an application to transfer to Reno, as a forklift driver, at this moment.
