Exactly the point of Pro-Life people
John Harris, a British Government Advisor on (of all things) bioethics does not believe that there is "any ‘moral change’ that occurred between when the baby was in the womb and when it had been brought into the world."
This is what those of us who believe in the sanctity of life have said all along. All of you pro-choice folks have scoffed at us, saying there is no 'slippery slope'.
Well, here it is folks. Infanticide is okey dokey according to this so-called Bioethicist.
It's no different than abortion. And I agree - the big difference being that I believe it is morally wrong and evil to kill a child - before or after birth.
I strongly believe that women (and men) have a choice about pregnancy - and it starts before conception. Contraception is readily available here. Use it, people. Don' t kill your children. If you are one of the fewer than 1% where birth control fails - well, I feel for you - give your baby up for adoption - my birth mother did.

I couldn't agree with you more. It's true that we have a choice. We all do. Yet it doesn't mean that society should sanction morally wrong choices. Killing for convenience isn't right regardless of the state of the child.

THANK YOU! I've never understood the people who will murder their child instead of giving her/him up for adoption. It's a mean spirited person - or a jealous - I don't have the words for what kind of people who claim that they just can't release their baby to strangers, and would rather KILL it!
And then it tears my heart out that so many people here in the states fly to other countries to buy babies! If those people killing their children would just do the loving, caring thing....
Sorry. I [obviously] could go on and on about this subject...

I could go on and on, also, Pam. I have pretty strong feelings about adoption, of course, I was adopted, and it is a wonderful thing.

Righ on! Right on! Right on! I have a different take on abortion, though. I think liberals are afraid that if abortion is criminalized again, too many black babies will be born. That's right. I think it's a stealthy eugenics-type strategy.
Am I nuts?

THANK YOU.. I might not be here today were it not for my aunt talking my mother out of an abortion all those years ago.. I could not agree more with what you said. There are too many people who talk about womens rights, being it is their body.. well that is right, it is your body, so be responsible with it, and dont forget that when you become pregnant, there is another body in there that has rights as well!
Destroying the life of a child is not the answer to irresponsible sexual behavior and I am so very glad you brought this up. Naturally I could go on.. but I just want to say, GO YOU!!
