Thanks, Madfish, I'll see if I can figure that out. So far I have not been able to make any MT Plugins work, but maybe the anti-spam one will!

I suppose one advantage of being new and undiscovered is that they haven't hit me yet. Blog-city bans them server-wide when they are brought to their attention.

You can't just tell us that someone has been naughty and then NOT give us the chance to rip him/her to shreds on your behalf. Please tell us what was said! Let us beat them up for you!

Uh, Helen, this was a comment spammer, not a troll. The one I've dealt with (spotted for someone else) put up a trivial "Nice blog!" comment and the namelink pointed to a pr0n site. This sort of stunt, and the misspelling you see in mail spam, are an indication that filters are working and they are fighting a last ditch battle for hits.
