On Supporting President Bush

Mrs. du Toit has a fine essay on why it is better to vote for Bush in the 2004 elections than to vote for a third party candidate or not vote for president at all.

I have to agree. There are some things that Bush has done or has not done that drive me bonkers, but on the whole, he has done better than any Democrat would have with foreign policy.

I think Bush should fire those in the Cabinet who are dragging their feet when it comes to Homeland Security. I think he ought to fire Rummy, personally, though John of Argghhh! will disagree with me. (and he is way to smart for me to attempt to argue with him, I like cuddling at night!).

Anyway, I will vote for President Bush, and I may very well even give the campaign money.
Mrs. du Toit says it all so much better than I could.
