Bombing in Baghdad

Damn, this worries me:Recent bombings in Baghdad.
I have a friend who works for the DOD who was recently sent to Baghdad. I am worried about her. And I am pissed as hell at the damned terrorists who did this and who are continuing to do this kind of thing all over the world. People who do this kind of thing deserve to die, hell they want to die for their fucking religion.

John of Argghhhh!, my beloved spouse, may disagree with me, but I want more troops in Iraq now. I want overwhelming force there and I want us to kill all the sons of allah who are killing Americans and Iraqi civilians. And I think we should shoot first and ask questions later.
Frankly, I don't give a shit what the UN thinks of us. Most of the world despises us anyway - why don't we give them reason the fear the hell out of us.
shit.

And why is it I keep hearing that AMERICANS are being killed left and right? Where are our Allies? Don't get me wrong, I don't want any serviceman to lose his/her life; it's just starting to feel like we're hanging out there alone on that ledge!

I know that dispatching every terrorist in that part of the world would require dropping a nuke, and I also know that won't happen - and for good reason. So how do we root out terrorists in Syria, for example, when we're sitting ducks in Iraq?
(Disclaimer: I know we are not simple 'sitting ducks', but are working feverishly to rebuild a nation, and are succeeding. It's just sooo easy for them to get to us there!)

And, don't get me wrong, I love dubya, I really do, but what the heck is going on with Israel? Will there be anyone left over there by the time we throw together a policy that will help??
It's frustrating as hell, isn't it?

I'll keep your friend in my prayers, Beth! Here's hoping the Lord holds her and the rest of our people over there in the palm of his hand.
