Yo, it's me, your long lost pal from Missouri. I noticed you were looking for a sceptre for your mother in law.
I recommend going to the toy section in Walmarts or even a Toys R Us (if you are brave enough two days before Christmas) and going to the section that has little girl's dress up princess clothes and jewelry.
i seem to recall recently an entire set with crown, shoes and sceptre for $14. you may be able to get the sceptre separately.
In the meantime, just want to wish you Merry Christmas!
