Why, why, why
Does the end of the year have to occur at Christmas time?
There is way too much work to be done. Documents created, approvals signed.
Ick.
I'd rather try out a recipe for making cannolis.
I will try it before the weekend - if they are good, I'll make more and bring them with us for our desert on Christmas Eve.

I know what you mean. In the days when the Hubster was the VP/Finance, and I was one of the minions involved in closing the books for the year, it always sucked to have the year-end prep mess up the holidays. At least for me, since he's basically a grinch about Christmas (but puts up with me!).

Just saw your blog on Debbie Schlussel. I can't imagine her hating fat chicks because on every TV show I've seen she looks a little chunky. Maybe she chugged some trim fast or something
