Low Carb Yummy
John and I are trying to keep our carb intake at a minimum, so I make a lot of deviled eggs for snacking on.
I was looking through the internet for something different in the way of deviled eggs and found several recipes that used curry powder.
So I hardboiled 10 eggs, mixed the yolks with mayonnaise (has to be Helmans) about 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
They are quite good. A nice change from the normal mustard, vinegar, mayo and relish type.
Yummy.
