Interesting shot, and interesting photo credit too.
 
Odd way to marry a round, we alway made a tray of two ammo tubes. The case sat in the valley between the tubes with the rim overhanging, the round was placed on the tubes and slide into the mouth of the case. That way it helped prevent distoration of the case mouth.
