Caption Contest (Wilburrrrr Edition)

When they had all those Calutrons at Oak Ridge for the Manhattan Project, they didn't tell the operators what they were actually doing. The common smartass rumor was that they were constructing the front ends of horses, to be sent to Washington for assembly.
