Internet snipe hunt

Since you guys and gals seem to be having fun with the WWII pics, here's another, and a mission: what gun is that those Brits are using?

The only prize is ego-expanding bragging rights.

Well, the wheels look very Japanese.  The optics look Germanic, tho.  Weeds, junglish, hinting Burma AO, so am going with a firm, solid WAG of: not a clue.  Caliber - 37mm.  Maybe.  Or not.

Japanese Type 94 37 mm Anti-Tank Gun? Except it's missing the shield.

 It's a camoflaged gun!

Or very bad maintenance.

German sPzB 41, 28mm AT gun.  It appears to be missing the gun shield and muzzle brake.

I think Rich won.  Congrats.

Rich, the sPzB 41 F, issied to Fallschirmjager units (hence the "F" designator,) was evidently produced  without gunshield and with smaller wheels to save 50-odd kg in overall weight.  SO the pictured weapon my be an "F" model..  .

what gun is it that those Brits are using??   well, i would i think it fairly evident that they're using the one right in front of them....   using some other one would be silly.

This makes it a tie, I believe.

Actually I think it is an amalgamation of a Hotchkiss 25mm gum on a modified sPzB 41 carriage.  Nothing else I could find fits, the carriage for the sPzB 41 F was radiacally different, consisting of two small aircraft style wheels on a simple tube frame carriage.
