I thought I'd add a couple of images of the patch in question.
I think what my father-in-law really wants is one of the unit patches from 69-70 when Walt Disney had been added to the patch after the unit received authorization from the Walt Disney Company to use their Captain Hook Figure. A little about this authorization can be found by clicking on this line drawing from the Walt Disney Company:
