Thigh Sigh It's Yer Birthdigh

At least, that's what it sounds like in Strine, which is, of course, the Language of O'Strighlya.

Home of the Ozzies. Land of Reversed Seasons. The place where bands use wallpaper and formica to produce music, much as the Scotch use blivits and bamboo.

The Castle has several Denizens from Down Under, and this just happens to be the anniversary of another successful completion of Argent's own personal circumsolar orbit! Of course, since he's several hours in the future, it's already his birthday *there* but it won't be his birthday *here* for another fourteen hours or so.

Eh -- any excuse for a party, right? Break out the Yellowtail and the Victoria Bitters, throw another jumbuck on the barbie, and wish him a Happy Birthday!

Commence launching presents into low orbit an hour ago...

So wait...if he stays obitting in front of the Sun, he'll never get old?

Is this an Einstien thing?

Anwyway...Happy Almost Nearly Birthday Argent or did I miss it?

oRbiting, Fishmugger, oRbiting. Don't wish the poor boy ill on his natal celebration. ;)

Happy Birthday, Argent, if if you are (by now) celebrating it backwards, upside down, and the wrong way around.

P.S. He could pull a Louie Wu, I suppose...

Yeah, what Casey said!

So, yathink we should offer him a vegemite sandwich?

Happy B-day, Argent.  I'll look around on the Web for a suitably silly, but interesting, present.

John, I can hardly listen to that song with a straight face. The line "I come from a land down under" suggests so many obscene parodies it's mind-bending.

Thanks muchly for the well wishes.  I shall celebrate doubly with two spoons of vegemite taken upsidedown.  I can tip beers upside down too.

Happy Birthday, Argent!

Belated Happy Birthday.

It takes no effort to tip beer upside down in Oz, since you are already upside down.

UH, Bill scotch is whisky, Scots is proper word for you to use if describing the people. Consider this Scotsman insulted! <whine, whine.. where's my cheese?>
