An Afghan National Army pet monkey sits on top of an Advanced Combat Helmet observing a favorite cigar belonging to U.S. Army 1st Lt. John Pleasants from 127th Military Police Company, Fort Carson, during a Key Leader Engagement in Marawarh district of Konar province, Afghanistan, Sept. 9, 2011. Pleasants is a part of a routine Key Leader Engagement operation that enables Task Force Cacti, 2-35th Infantry win over the local population and show the insurgents they are no longer able to use Marawarah district for safe haven. it would appear she actually has the unit properly designated. she clearly labels it as Task Force, therefore a Battalion equivalent size unit, with the headquarters of the 3-25 Infantry at the heart of it. where are you seeing her refer to a "35th Infantry Division" in there???
