Finally - A funky bumper-stiker I could proudly slap on the back of my chariot.

Excellent!
Much better than that other version of BS that I see on the libtard cars.

While I suspect the copyright/licensing folks at Cafe Press would catch it, it's tempting...

It's been awhile since I've been over to cafe Press, but I think they used to have that as a bumper sticker. I've a jpeg of that as well, but haven't been tempted to make up a bumper sticker from it.

They didn't have it with a Castle logo in it, I would presume... since I own the copyright on that!

This issue just needs a little stirring. John, you make a good point about the people at Café Press on the issue of copyright/licensing. Not being a lawyer, I've got scruples, this could be an interesting discussion. I wonder how the owners of those trademark's and their lawyers will look at this? Would they look at this as copyright infringement or free advertising? This could be interesting.

It's still there.

Not to mention this.

Prolly gonna end up in moderation Heck for two links in one post. :)

Well ... you could communicate with those companies and try to get written permission.

If you don't what might happen is you get a cease and desist letter. If you do you quit it (delete it).

If you don't stop it ... then legal action.

 *scream*

I want one of those!

I want one too. Think I might have to pay a visit to Cafe Press.

Cafe Press' version has been around for awhile. I'm sure the Gun Manufacturers know about it and have had a good laugh about it. The people that know are familiar with the logos used to make it up.

John, I didn't pay a lot of attention to the actual logos and didn't notice that teh "X" appears to be yours. Could Boq be trying to pull a fast one on you?

"They didn't have it with a Castle logo in it, I would presume... since I own the copyright on that!"   John, why don't you replace the castle logo with Browning?

Actually, the Cafe Press version is using the Springfield Armory logo - and both SA and I used the same base image (the Ordnance Corps badge) for our respective logos.

What, no Combat Infantry Badge ???
