...and the Canoodlians have since made it up to us for allowing the Fenians to invade. I think that their act of granting amnesty to all our cowards, thus preserving the coward-line of DNA in our society, is a much greater blow than any the Fenians could have struck if they wee completely successful in their campaign.

Perhaps it's time we sued for peace to end this war.

That's what comes of believing you could take all the maple trees hostage and cripple the Canadian economy. But they *did* almost succeed in capturing Canada's largest plaid-shirt manufactory (at left in illustration)...
