Mustangs

I once had an excellent Business professor who taught us Human Resources.  When I signed-up for this class, I thought to myself: "That is going to be a dry-arsed boring class; but I have to take it to graduate".  Much to my surprised the professor made the class engaging and come alive through its otherwise dry syllabus.

He often reminded the class that what kept him alive throughout the ordeal of being a USMC Infantry LCPL before during and after the Tet Offensive, was the thought of his cherry-red '65 Mustang waiting for him at home.  The first thing I thought upon seeing the following video was of Prof. Kovac and his yarns.

Thanks.

You make me cry.

I love, correction LOVE that video,  Ford did a great job, somehow capturing what could be a moment between My Dad and I, and yes he wont let me drive his Mustang but I dont let him drive mine. :p

My Dad was in the Army, as was I, and that Father /Son combo in the video could have been us.  So much understanding and trust in a glance so that words are not needed.

Must be dusty in the office today, my eyes are watering again.

Thanks, no I need to call my Dad.
