When Batteries Fail Our Colors Don't Run

When the pink bunny fails, we've got your back.

And a pox on the house of whomever laughs at this.

She has a beautiful singing voice and it must have been frightening to face such a large audience.  She's a real trouper.

I heard this on one of the local radio stations this morning.  I can't listen/watch this without joining in.  It brings tears to my eyes each time.

I love this country.

That was just neat.  Well done, crowd.  Except for that bint who was laughing.

Hooah. Someone laughed? Time for a tuneup.

Bloody well done, all.

Been there, done that.......... she did very well to maintain her composure.  Shame  the crowd missed her high not on "free".  You go girl!!!

Well done. That was awesome.

Incredibly hard to sing too, with a range of 1.5  to almost two full octaves.

It is times like this when the American people can be incredibly cool.

I LOVE HOCKEY AND ITS FANS.

OK, I laughed.  So a pox on me.  I also shed a couple tears at the courage of this young lady.  My laughter was not at her distress, I laughed because it does my cranky cynical old heart good to see kids like that.   My hat is tipped to the parents that raised this girl, and to the hockey fans that carried her.  I knew there were still  good people out there!

That was damned nice.  Thanks for sharing.

For the Twit that laughed, hope that you regret that act for a long time.  A Double-Pox on your home!

Tears in my eyes almost from the beginning.  God bless this young lady and her family.  And God bless the Americans who stepped up when needed to help her finish the anthem that expresses so much.  And forgiveness for the laughers, they will see the light....

I encountered this clip just a couple nights ago, and all the cockles of my heart warmed up when the audience pitched (excuse the pun) in.

That is awesome - makes me very proud of that young lady, and the crowd who joined her :-)

All those people who sang to support her, they learned the manners their mothers taught them well. Must not be politicians...
