'Ware, Zombies!

balls3.jpg It's getting more dangerous for ya around here. There's a few stands of grape, too, if you try to organize a rush on the place.

So many cliches, so little time. Rush the place??? Bah...and spill my wine. I'll walk thank you.

"Battery commander!  Give them a whiff of the grape, if you please!"

Was this the cannon that I heard during the Army-Navy game...Go Navy

Alas, Navy mopped the field with Army.

Warms the cockles of my heart, it does. I hope some day I  get to see and hear it go bang in person.

You can always use bad language in a pinch...

"Dang Revenuers!" Just maybe, it should be, "Dang TSA People!  "  How's thatfor   "bad language?"

Unfortunately Zombies rarely attack in formations. They tend to wander in from all directions sorta willie nillie.

Also they tend to not get demorilized if you wipe out a few hundred.

This is where I remind people I am a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Missouri Army ROTC program, *not* West Point.

Fortunately, I have *much* less invested in the Army-Navy game thereby.

I haven't watched it in years.

Hell, *Mizzou* beat Army, back in my day.

...And that was back when they wore leather helmets & no pads, yes?

(ducks back into lurking foxhole)

Casey - no, that was my grandfather (Longmont High School, Colorado, National High School Champions, 1908, and later the Colorado School of Mines) and the Auld Soldier (Mizzou, 48-51).  Pllpptttttt.

awesome

John, hows she look ? Could she withstand the pressure of an actual round?
Have you magnafluxed her for cracks? If she is not pointed at the neighbors place twould be epic if she could chuck a 'lil grape'.

Uhh.. might have to move a roll of hay or two, lest collateral damage. The horses could get pissed with no breakfast..
Off topic- What ,you or uncaBill cant' come up with a Whatsis? We are dyin' out here.

The Navy is actually quite good at using mops.

Some minor problems maneuvering ships 'n' stuff, but they're *day-um* good with mops...

Sooo....do those balls glow in the dark like the rest?
0>;~}

Been dating an X-ray technician?

As a Navy retiree, I cheer for Navy once a year.  Maybe if West Point sold out like Annapolis has, and concentrated on playing Division 1 football and recruiting men eligible to play Division 1 football, instead of turning out well rounded leaders, Army could win a game or two.

Oooo - Fred's channeling his inner Commander Salamander!

Skip - the tube is made from an ex-Navy 3"/50 tube.  So she's hammer-forged steel and rifled.  I could stuff her full of powder from stem-to-stern and she wouldn't notice the stress.

Setting standards, too. They're still figuring out how to set consistent standards. But they *do* sling a mean set of mops, and they *do* have cute little costumes... I don't blame them for not wanting to get them dirty....

Ahem, that be swabs vice mops.

Steve, if you go to supply and order a swab, they'll send you a sailor. Surely a Chief would know that :-)

 QM
... or a tampon.
