Which ones do you like the best?

Well, call me an old softie, but I like this one best:

I'm emotionally partial to the Marines, but my favorite military ad is the Navy SEALS one with the beach at night.  A wave, footprints on the beach, and another wave and they're gone.

Culture clash all over the place. The Brit thinks eye contact is good, forgetting that American doctrine is "Don't shoot 'til you see the whites of their eyes."

There are so many good ones. It's hard to choose. There was an AF Reserve thing that used "Silent Night", with images of reservists going up on patrol, with children sleeping at home, spouses sleeping and waking and looking at photos, pilots and crews looking at photos of family. I want to say it ended with someone, a pilot or crew,  walking up a sidewalk in early dawn, and a dog bounding from the porch to greet him, but my imagination may have added that.

Nothing wrong with eye contact; that's why one has a x20 zoom telescopic sight.

Cheers

"We do more before 6 AM than most people do all day...Be all that you can be"....Nuf Sed.

Our motto in my ol' Joisey Guard Aviation Section was "If you just want to be all that you can be, you're an underachiever..."

BTR-70. And that white smoke wasn't a special effect, it was the exhaust.

Start a column of those things on the march, and the only place they can hide is in a fog bank...

Sorry, guys.  But this one wins.
Hands down.

And, in honor of the earlier AH/D&D related thread, I know of more than a few Marines (big time RPG guys) who were drawn to enlist because of this one.

Estonia was good.

But, I'm sticking with DL. "But this one wins."
