Okay. This should help, right?  Objects in the photo appear larger than they actually are...

You know every whatziss image has cat hair.  I therefore postulate that the object in question is a cat.

Relief tube fromLex's aeroplane?

That's certainly outside the litterbox thinking, Argent.

 No, they don't!

The 2-barrle pistol version of a German drilling...

Don't start on my spelling.  It's after 2000 in the UAE and I have been imbibing, OK?  I know it's barrel.

My guess, so far:

It's an armored cage behind which Corpsmen take cover when administering the Silver Stalion to men suffering from gonoreha.

What you can't see in the pic is the stinciled directions to the right of the tube which says: Insert Member Here with arrow pointing at the tube.

The front sight looking thing is for the Corpsman to be able to visually line up on the target's belly button to make sure said target is actually following the directions and not trying to "slide one by" by only pretending to do so.

Well, it's not the crotch gun in From Dusk til Dawn but other than that I don't have a clue.

1853 Enfield Percussion musket.  Why?  The Armorer seems to favor Enfields, it's from his favorite era, and it looks like one listed on Gunbroker.com

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's one of the seats from John's Jeep. The first pick was of the seat back, and this one shows part of the frams.

 Then again, who really knows?

The fun and excitement continue - here.
