That's not Windsor, that'sHorse Guards. There's now a nice little museum around the back.

SezaGeoff called it.  This guy is a member of the Life Guards who, with the Blues and Royals, form the Household Cavalry.

My kitty's former human's grandfather was in the Blues at Balaklava. Being in the Heavy Brigade, he didn't have to do that silly charge. Mrs. S. said he was never the same as before, after he got back, according to family lore.
