It's not old.

I'm guessing this is the vent at the foot of the fridge (an area I'm very familiar with lately since I'm SITTING infront of my fridge blogging and playing with magnetic poetry) ?

Either that or he's started taking pictures of one of the trucks.

The finish on it looks like stainless steal not all chromey like they do on trucks. See the shine on it? I take note on the texture since there's lines on it (could be pixels?) but chrome would show his reflection? I could be wrong. I AM a woman and I belong in the kitchen after all. Sammich anyone?

I was going to guess a range hood - for the same reason.  That looks like appliance stainless steel to me.

Appears to be an aluminum extrusion merged with stainless sheet somehow. As always your photographs complete the obfuscation.

Did John order new termal windows for the Castle?

This one's easy peasy.

That is obviously the side profile of the cap to the anti matter containment vessel for the shield generators in the UFO Mk 7 that is currently undergoing flight testing at Secret Airbase No. 3.

YIPPEE!  The new double pane windows and sliding doors are done?

Perhaps a flying saucer built by the lowest bid contractor - missing some parts...

a brandy-new chezburger-machine?

AKA one of those fancy stainless steel grills?

Can I haz chezburger?

Okay let's review the three important criteria:

1 You  can't eat it.
2 You can't drink it.
3 You can't take it to bed with you.

Ergo .... what good it is?

Ah, Jim.  How short-sighted you are.

As you will see.

OH NOZ!!  The technical is getting pimped up!!

I was told to feel free to drop stulf like this any old place.  It has nothing to do with the subject, but it has bangs and smoke:  www.youtube.com/watch

Enjoy.

 Hahahahahaha!

This is lots of fun!

The tank for a goat milking machine?

Sight rib for a pimped up 155.

Looks like the top edge of a display case. The track appears to allow the dismounting of the sliding panels. Or it could be the 1/10th scale acceleration rail for the Castle impulse cannon.

allen, that is blasphemy. Skillet-frying burgers is a crime against humanity. Only wood-smoked, flame-grilled beef is appropriate, or maybe charcoal broiling. :)

Did you work for Mickey Dees, or Steak and Shake? (running and ducking for cover)

Skillet-frying chicken livers (given the use of a cast-iron skillet) is, however, entirely appropriate.

Casey, you sprinkle your black iron skillet with kosher salt and then plop your seasoned burger into that.  Perfectly acceptabel.  Then, after you pull the bruger out, you saute up some mushrooms in the grease, and, just befroe they are done, hit 'em with a touch of soy, and some white wine to deglaze.
