        Took me several years to stop putting &quot;u&quot;&apos;s in all of my words like colour, armour, etc. My grandmothers Irish rendition of English did not go so well in public school. Course neither did my constant reference to something being a &quot;piece o piss&quot; versus the Americanized &quot;Piece of Cake&quot;

&nbsp;&nbsp; I always spelled it as potatoes, and tomatoes, and egoes, etc..... It's likely because my mother was from Oz and I learned her version of &quot;English&quot;.&nbsp; Heck, I'm often found spelling words with an &quot;U&quot; as in armour, colour, honour, etc.<br />

&nbsp; Just sayin'....&nbsp; might be why I ended up in the Navy, too...&nbsp;&nbsp; :)<br />]]>
