You know on close inspection...

-the patches on the left shoulders look like the Garrison Command patches used by garrison troops on US Army posts.

-The right shoulder patch worn by the soldier in the right background looks like the patch of the 2nd Infantry Division (Indianhead).

The uniform greatcoats and fur hats I'm not familiar with.
