Right in the heart of Europe there is a firearm respecting culture. While the rest of Europe has gone soft and pudgy, Switzerland has kept respect for the tool that keeps them independent and free.

I just hope that our country doesn't follow in the footsteps of the English, or Dutch.

Good story on the Swiss. I like the top pic, my parents gave me a .22 rifle when I was 8 years old. My mother was a little woman, but she was the one who who taught me how to shoot. There was one day, my Dad just *had* to break my *brass*. He said, "Short Stuff, I notice you don't argue with your Mother, very much." I replied, "OldTimer, you've gotta be nuts, you don't argue with a woman who can shoot like her! It was a joke and everybody knew it. She was great about it, I'm still breathing."
