Well, okay, *technically* it's just the thirteenth arc in the story line -- but how many of you would have opened a post titled "Arc Number The Thirteenth, In Which Our Intrepid (And Lovable-But-Bumbling) Hero Will Possibly Get Killed, But Probably Not"...?See? That title just isn't a *grabber*.As you've probably figured out by now, I have been playing around with veiled references to BCR's webcomic faves. Today, the gloves are off and the references get *blatant*! Ha-HAAAAAAAAA!If you're *really* lost, well, hang in there.It'll get worse......

Ha! I wrote "digiested"! (That's like, "digitally digested").

Didn't do it on purpose, it was a case of "Fingerspitzengefail", AKA sloppy typing.

Stuffed into a glass jar outside Castle Heterodyne is nothing to having been swallowed and partially digiested by the Moat Monster. I owe my virtual life (at least in this bit of interactive fiction) to the good offices of BCR Labs. I'm on Snarkatron's side on this one, Bill. I categorically deny that my effusively expressed gratitude for what that smart, erudite, good-lookin', cool-headed, and otherwise totally wonderful woman did for me was in any way enhanced by any work she did on what was left of my brain.
