For when we finally understand Congress's creative use of math, we will be able to have free healthcare for all.

Problem the First: The laws and rules governing congress critters actually exempts them from any and all lies and untruths uttered in the commission of their jobs.

Problem of the Second: Too many folk still believe the words that congress critters utter out the sides of their necks.

There are so many things to say and way too many ways them. 

@Grimmy, This is true of all three branches, *retroactively*! Our Government wanted to build a perfectly square building, with the 'help' of the Executive and Legislative Branches and both parties. The building was built, still stands. We call it, "The Pentagon". Now you figure it out!

@Wolfwalker, as you well know, if some things don't make sense, you don't worry. The only time you worry is when nonsense starts to make sense, then you are really *FUBAR!*
