Okay, yep, ya got it - the Czech Vz-58 rifle, as made in a US-legal semi-auto version by Century, which is why it has a slant-style muzzle brake on it, and the barrel is a touch longer to match US law on the subject. Close as you're going to get to one of those in this country for most of us. You can get it with the proper barrel length, if you're willing to go through the NFA (National Firearms Act) hoops to buy a semi-auto build that is registered as a SBR, or Short Barreled Rifle. I chose not to do that.
Cue music.... "One of these things is not like the other...."

And the differences we're talking about are internal, vice the external. The external differences are almost simply the difference of race in humans. The internal differences are more like the differences between species. Gosh, there might be a post in there somewhere...
Which means it's only got the round that's chambered available to pop the next dirtbag who comes around the T-wall...
I did get to shoot a Hungarian AK semiauto last weekend. Was pretty surprised at how accurate it really was, hearing all these years about how bad they were. We had propped up clays at about 50 yrds give or take 10, and once I got my stance right was able to hit them quite easily.
It came from Citizen's Armory in Mexico, Missouri. The builder got this one dead on. It's easily the most accurate AK I've ever shot - and that Tapco trigger makes a huge difference.
The bottom rifle is a Romanian AK. It's accurate enough for gov't work, but has some sharp edges on the stamps that will shave skin.
