It's a topic on the VietVet fora, too. It seems the US Attorney for Colorado doesn't consider prosecuting violators of the Stolen Valor Act as a part of his job description. It's also a federal offense to impersonate a military officer with intent to deceive, and he also chooses not to prosecute under *that* statute.
Wonder what *other* federal laws he specifically chooses to *not* uphold?
