That's the dead giveaway that nails it as

TCP Acceleration Error (800.4) - Acceleration Backbones In SYN_RCVD State

The router terminal is experiencing a problem with it's TCP acceleration infrastructure. Retrying the web page may correct the problem, but it will most likely necessitate contacting the system administrator in Tanzania.

No fair on us colonials using all this semi-auto stuff!  The gov't took all ours away years ago, so all we have is pictures!  At least the transitional rifle was more along the lines of what we are allowed!
