Armory. This building which dates from 1894, has a great floor plan.

It is garnished with architectural features such as a real Turret (where HF6 can watch over the entire domain), A Main Gate (we could install a Porticullis just for Ry), a Great Hall (I can already see chandeliers and dancing poles festooning its expanse), Cricket’s own Mess Hall and Kitchen, a Rec. All that is missing is a Moat for the Moat Beastie and Sand Pebbles to roam.

Whaddaya say? This Castle is a little bit worn and scuffed around the edges, but the prospects are endless. Should I pass the hat around? Just a cool half-a-million would put us in the game.
New Yawk would just put it back on the auction block -- there's no unit to occupy it. The last outfit there was a Med Company, but it moved to a consolidated facility in August.
The only other issue would be NY's gun laws...not, if you could persuade Glens Falls to secede from NY and join neighboring Vermont...

It's definitely a "fixer-upper" -- particularly with regards to the floor (sixty-year-old linoleum tiles), walls (solid plaster, though), ceiling (not too bad), wiring (cloth-wrapped aluminum), plumbing (imagine a three-story outhouse), and heating (if you don't have a Black Seal, don't even mess with it).
