If I were you, I'd schedule all the surgeries I think I'd be needing but have been putting off. You know, knees, shoulders, hands, maybe backs, etc. That, and a colonoscopy, depending on age. Hell, do it regardless. Root canal? Caps? Suck it up and get 'er done. ASAP.
