And I agree that Mr Tiller's justice was NOT.
If MicroSquish pulls the plug, they can get the EU, which is BIG on intellectual property rights, to ban the game, at least as an XBox game. He could re-code it as a Linux game (open source code), of course, but then it wouldn't play on the XBox system, just on Linux computers.
This could be sweet justice for MicroSquish, which has been hammered mercilessly by the EU for bundling software, another thing which is against their rulez.
