On the back it has the following note:  Rural/Red State LEOs: This document is *not* intended to be a quick-screen to buy the subject a beer nor to ask to see what their latest firearm acquisition was.

Let's be fair, here.  Any rational adult that voluntarily associates with things Barnerian (with the exception of Barney targets at the receiving end of a gun range) probably is a threat to the Republic, the ecosystem, and persons with a history of seizures.  I don't mind if LEOs give such deviants extra scrutiny.

Hey, the Palistinians have a history of their large, improbable furry animal pals on children's shows dying horrible deaths -- why can't we?
