Hmm....

   How come there's no lanyard ring? It's one thing to lose your weapon, but losing your phone just wouldn't do..  :)

Rivrdog, they also offer a model that has a silent mode.  It's more expensive, though.  You can recognize it by the threaded barrel...

True, Josh - but at that point you don't have to use OEM accessories, so you can shop around. Just remember though, those accessories require a tax stamp, even where the basic item itself does not, because they interfere with Federally-mandated noise limits. And many localities have noise ordinances that forbid their use altogether.

Yes, that's true, although if you can deal with the difficulties, the quiet mode can be very convenient when you have a meeting and you're all using your phones in a small room together.
